On Monday August 25, 2003 the Falcon Annual Users Meeting took place. This meeting provides a forum for future development and introduces new products to our users. We frequently discuss system development with our users and have a monthly newsletter to help them keep abreast of changes, modifications, new hardware and software offerings and to introduce new staff and new customers.  The 2003 Falcon User Group Meeting took place at Vintage Wine Distributors in Solon, Ohio.
