An Inventory Transaction module allows for the entry and editing of receipts, transfers and issues and is integrated with the Purchasing Module. The stock status inquiry function lets you look at each product’s current inventory and on-order information. A cycle count worksheet is printed that shows which products are due to be counted at this time to assist you in taking accurate physical inventories. Physical counts are entered and an audit report is prepared showing discrepancies. The Reordering Advice Report will help you plan for adequate inventory levels using historical sales data and current trend analysis. Depletion reports and Depletion Allowance reports are printed for each supplier. You will also have reports that are key to complying with your state’s excise tax laws. A top-level Inventory Control report will show you up-to-date-sales gross profit and inventory position by beverage type.
